Cancellation & Refund Policy

Work Benches Technologies Private Limited believes in maintaining transparency and fairness with its clients, and has therefore adopted a flexible cancellation and refund policy for its IT services. Under this policy:

a. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of initiating the service agreement or payment. However, if any development or consultation work has already commenced, cancellation may not be permitted.

b. Work Benches Technologies Private Limited does not entertain cancellation requests for services that are already delivered, partially delivered, or where significant time and resources have been allocated.

c. In case of dissatisfaction with any of our IT services, clients must notify our customer support team within 7 days of service delivery. Our team will review the concern and offer suitable resolutions, which may include rework, credit, or a partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

d. For services involving third-party platforms, APIs, or software licenses, the company shall not be liable for delays, failures, or limitations caused by such external vendors. Refunds will not be applicable in such cases once those services are procured on behalf of the client.

e. In case of any refunds approved by Work Benches Technologies Private Limited, it will take 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
